    At the end of the

    Tenancy Agreement

    Upon vacation of your property, we take care of everything from final inspection and deposit negotiations to cleaning and any required repairs. We will do absolutely everything for you and keep you up to date on the condition of your property and the progress of any deposit claims when necessary.

    1 | Tenant Key Return – Liaise with outgoing tenants to ensure that all keys, access devices and parking permits are returned on or before the final day of the tenancy. Arrange for replacement keys or lock changes where required where keys are missing or not returned.

    2 | Final Inspection – Conduct a full check out inspection and produce a final report including updating the property inventory to reflect the current property condition.

    3 | Professional Property Cleaning – Where needed after tenant vacation, arrange for professional cleaning to take place.

    4 | Property Maintenance & Repairs – Where needed after tenant vacation, we arrange for any maintenance or repair work to be carried out at the property.

    5 | Deposit Deductions – We advise the tenant of deductions from their deposit for cleaning and maintenance where needed and negotiate with the TDS on behalf of the landlord.

    6 | Final Report for Landlord – A final report is prepared for the landlord. This details the condition of the property and includes final meter readings and the deposit negotiation outcome.
