As a Sales Executive / Investment Consultant, you will be tasked with engaging with ‘warm’ clients and providing a professional consultation service to meet their property investment needs. Hot and warm leads are provided every day to the Sales Team and you will also deal with inbound enquiries as well as making outbound calls to unresponsive leads.
We will equip you with the knowledge you need to pitch the best option to your client, build strong relationships and follow-up your calls with tailored emails. Your role will also involve:
- Closing sales via the phone, email, WhatsApp and occasionally face-to-face meetings
- Consulting and handling objections with confidence
- Creating urgency without appearing pushy
About You To be considered as a CityRise Investment Consultant, you will need:
- At least two years’ experience in a sales role
- The ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- The ability to compose professional and literate emails
- Be personable and embracing of CityRise’s lively, fast-paced and exciting team dynamic
- Knowledge or experience in buy-to-let property would be beneficial to your application.
- Experience in closing sales to high-net-worth clients would also be highly advantageous.
- Salary of up to £24,000 plus uncapped commission scheme (OTE £81,600 based on six sales per month)
- 28 days’ holiday per annum including Bank Holidays (+ three day bonus for the festive holiday)
- Mileage allowance/Uber rides paid for – Laptop and mobile
