First Event!

A Night to Remember!

In September 2024, we hosted our very first CityClub Networking Event – a huge success! We were thrilled to welcome a vibrant crowd of property professionals for an evening of insight, inspiration, and meaningful connections.

Esther Herbert from The Commercial Mortgage Practice shared expert tips on navigating lending panels and working with surveyors, which was practical advice that hit home with many attendees. Chloe Parmenter and Adam Murray from Urbana Town Planning followed, providing insights on the importance of planning and proving that it doesn’t have to be as hard as it seems.

The talks were packed with invaluable knowledge and made the night truly memorable!

To kick off 2025, we brought together a powerhouse room of individuals from all aspects of property for our CityClub networking event, and what a night it was!

Matt Catherall delivered a value-packed talk, taking us through his journey into property development and the incredible success of his recently sold-out Cathedral View project. A true masterclass in what’s possible with vision and strategy.

Eorl Crabtree took the stage with high energy and heart, sharing unforgettable rugby stories and leadership insights from his current role with the Midlands Hurricanes, a powerful reminder of resilience and teamwork, both on and off the field.
