    We are proactive in how we manage your property and ensure rent is paid on time every month. In the unlikely event that your tenant does not pay their rent, be confident we have a process in place to manage their arrears effectively.

    Furthermore, with regular property visits and 24-hour emergency tenant contact, we ensure that your property is well looked after. It is our promise to you that your property will be well managed and maintained tenancy after tenancy!

    1 | Rent Collection – Collecting tenants rent and paying it into the landlord’s nominated bank account.

    2 | Arrears Management – We contact tenants that fail to pay rent and continue chasing until full payment is made. We aim to arrange payment plans with tenants where required. This ensures that all arrears are cleared as quickly as possible.

    3 | Rent Guarantee – For that extra peace of mind, we can offer a rent guarantee on all properties once the tenants have been fully referenced.

    4 | Regular Property Visits – We conduct regular property visits to ensure that the property is maintained to a satisfactory standard for the duration of the tenancy and report the condition back to the landlord.

    5 | 24/7 Contact for Tenants – We offer a 24-hour emergency contact for our tenants. This ensures that we are always available in the event of an emergency in the property.

    6 | Arrange Maintenance & Repairs – We report any maintenance or repair issues to the landlord and arrange for these to be resolved where needed. We have a wide range of trusted contractors that we work with nationwide to ensure that our landlords receive the finest service at the best price possible.

    7 | Negotiate Tenancy Renewals – We contact tenants before the end of their tenancy to negotiate renewal tenancies in line with landlords’ requirements.

    8 | Property Advertising – Where a renewal tenancy is not agreed we advertise the property, conduct viewings with prospective tenants and begin the application process prior to the end of the current tenancy to keep void periods to a minimum.
