The first 100 people to sign up with CityRise will enter into the draw. Out of the first 100 entries, three winners will be selected at random. The draw will only take place when 100 entries are received.

Announcement of winners will take place on CityRise’s Instagram page @cityriseproperty. Winners will be contacted directly using the contact details provided.

For the two-year, free management period to apply, winners must sign a three-year agreement with CityRise. After the 2-year free period ends, a 12% monthly management fee will apply.

If you instruct CityRise to manage multiple properties, free management will only apply for one property. However, you will be entered into the draw for each property you sign over to CityRise. Therefore, if you assign three properties for CityRise to manage, you will be eligible to enter the draw thrice. Please note, standard lettings fees still apply during the free management period.
