Access to the site is made possible through the newly constructed Unity Link, also known as Unity Way, a 1.8-mile purpose-built link connecting Junction 5 of the M18 to Hatfield, Dunscroft, and Stainforth. This new link not only enhances access to Unity Connect but also significantly improves transport connections to local train stations and the wider motorway network, strengthening regional connectivity and supporting sustainable economic growth.
Unity Town
At the heart of the wider Unity Yorkshire regeneration lies Unity Town, a dynamic mixed-use space that will become the vibrant centrepiece of the entire development. Envisioned as a sustainable fifteen-minute neighbourhood, Unity Town is designed to bring everything residents need within easy reach, promoting convenience, connectivity, and a better quality of life.
