Whereas the West Midlands comprises large industrial cities including Birmingham, Leicester, Wolverhampton, and Stoke-on-Trent. Together, with a population of over 11 million, the region generates a combined GVA of £222bn.

    The Midlands advanced hub is a leader in world-class automotive engineering. It is home to business giants including Jaguar, Land Rover, JCB, National Grid, Rolls Royce, and Toyota.     The high employment rates in the Midlands strengthen the economy, thus, boosting property prices. This year alone property prices in the region as a whole have increased by 7.9%. Over the past decade, prices have inflated by 54%. This trend will continue as large-scale regeneration investments are injected into the region.
