At the end of tenancy, our rental property management agency also supports a strict aftercare protocol for a seamless transition to a new tenancy. How much do agencies charge for property management?
There is an initial let fee of £400. This includes photographing and marketing the property, conducting viewings, preparing the tenancy, carrying out a reference check (£50 for additional applicants), registering the deposit, and creating an inventory report. The ongoing monthly property management fee for our agency is 12%. The service includes monthly rent collection, rent arrears management, 24-hour tenant maintenance and an emergency contact.
A mid-tenancy inspection is available for £45 to ensure the property remains clean and well-maintained. The tenancy renewal process is £85, while a full check-out inspection, including a detailed report and handling of deposit claims and returns, is £125. We also offer let-only fee options, without the ongoing monthly management fee, along with furniture packages.
How involved do I need to be as a landlord when I appoint a property management agency?
